Preparing for the first Christmas in Scofield, Sherry bought some lights to put on the cabin and a beautiful pine tree that you can see great from inside the cabin. Being a pine tree in the mountains, it was extremely high. What to do? Sherry and Gordy decided to tape a marshmellow roaster stick, so a long extendo pole and it worked! We weren't able to stay long enough to see it in the dark, but it still looked really cool!

Gordy stuck a tennis ball in the marshmellow stick thing and Doogie wasn't having any of that.
Afs and Tyler came up this weekend, Tyler was hunting for spike elk. So him and Zac woke up early Saturday morning witht their orange and camo and didn't come back until about 3pm. So while the boys were out, we watched French Kiss, made french toast and just relaxed! They still were out hunting so we took the Rhino for a fifteen minute ride. I drove it up the cut and Afs drove it for the first time up top. It was a lot of fun, even though Afs kept hugging the ride side of the trail running me into all the tree's and bushes. The boys got back to camp a couple minutes after we had gotten back from our ride. Tyler wasn't able to get a shot at anything, so while we were pulling our trailor out he stood with his gun hoping to see something at the pond.
Hoping to see something..
Looks like he got a little too excited...haha just kidding!
