Real Salt Lake Game

We went to the Real Salt Lake game a couple of weeks ago and it was a ton of fun! The stadium is amazing! We probably had the second to the worst seats in the whole place and they were still really good. The game was competitve and it was fun to see people get into it! There was a guy sitting near us and him and my dad (who used to play soccer in college) were getting so into it, pretty intense! Also they really sucked when it came to instant replays. If someone got hurt or an awesome goal would be kicked if you'd look for the replay..it wasnt even of what happened! It was like they caught the players standing around AFTER whatever happened. I was upset about that...but I got over it. When the game was over it was a mess! There was no direction for the crowd. After we made our way out of the stadium half of our group got split up. My parents, Jeila and Jason went one way. Then me, Lindsay, Afs, and Tyler went another way. For a couple minutes we were standing in the middle of a HUGE crowd that was just stopped. There were gates all over and one tiny exit, so everyone was penned in like cattle. Finally we made our way around them but when we got to state street the crowd was stopped again because they were waiting for the bus to take them to their cars so no one would let us walk up the sidewalk so we could be on our way. Everyone was really frustrated so all of the sudden everyone just ran across state street! A cop "tried" to stop the crowd but there was nothing he could do. It was crazy, cars were honking and people were laughing and running! It was chaos but we made it across the street safely and were on our way!
