Christmas Surprise!

This Christmas was amazing! We had quite the surprise waiting for our families on Christmas morning. We went to Zac's parents first and then to my parents shortly after. Here's how it all went down. After opening a TON of presents the last gift we gave, we made them open together. So they opened the box and inside were two shirts that said Grandpa Moe, Grandma Terry, and Grandpa Gordy, Grandma Sherry!

SURPRISE.....WE'RE PREGNANT!!!!

We are just under 3 months and lets just say it was extremely tough to keep it a secret! I was a little over a week late so we took a pregnancy test and it was positive. We were in shock and I was in denial. So the next morning I bought another one and got another positive. My emotions were (and still are) a roller coaster and I just started bawling! Zac was really excited and being so supportive of my crazy emotions. After the initial shock wore off I was fine and we were able to be happy together! I was only sick for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and it was really mild. I was nauseated in the morning when I woke up til about 1pm and then I was fine until it began again at 8 that night. So it really wasn't too bad...I think I got lucky! After I was done being sick, it still didn't really feel like I was pregnant. I think I was still in shock, it was a very unexpected surprise and we know nothing about pregnancy! We wanted so bad to talk to people about it! Anyway, we had our first docter's appointment a couple of weeks ago and we heard the heart beat and of course I started crying again (I'm so emotional already and being pregnant is making me WAY worse). Zac was all smiles and we were so happy! Hearing that was the most amazing thing in the world! Our next appointment is January 14th so I will keep everyone updated!
